There are several things to notice about the sentences in each cone.

Each sentence has a person's name. If you take the first letter of each name, in order they spell “BURT AND IRVS SHOP,” which clues the theme of Baskin-Robbins ice cream.

Each sentence also has two unusual words that start and end with the same letter. Reading these letters in order spells “ODD CONES FLAVORS.”

Conveniently, each sentence also has a flavor. Take only the flavors from only the odd cones, and notice they belong to the set of 31 original Baskin-Robbins flavors (see here). Take the index of each flavor in the list of original BR flavors and index into the alphabet (as suggested by the flavor text), and you get the answer, KLONDIKE.
